O-2010-0034 An Ordinance to Create Subsection 18.03(1)(e) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Refuse Collection Areas and Nuisance and Subsection 18.04(8) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Providing a Remedy Therefore. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 24. 2019-0254 Discussion relative to amending Section 12.10(2)(f) of the Revised Municipal Code relative to decreasing the height of garages within residential areas from 18-ft to 15-ft. Barczak, seconded by Ald. Reinke to move to a short recesss. The motion carried unanimously. At 8:20 p.m. the committee reconvened with the following additional individuals present: Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Haass, Ald. May, Ald. Roadt and, Ald. Weigel attending. 16. 2019-0253 Communication from Beyond Vision requesting approval for a Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) Agreement for property located at 1540 S. 108 St. Attachments: PILOT Agreement - Rev B Discussion ensued. This matter was Held E. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Ald. Barzcak, seconded by Ald. Vitale to adjourn the meeting at 8:47 p.m. The motion carried unanimously. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
