24. 2019-0254 Discussion relative to amending Section 12.10(2)(f) of the Revised Municipal Code
relative to decreasing the height of garages within residential areas from 18-ft to 15-ft.

At 8:10 p.m., a motion was made by Ald. Barczak, seconded by Ald. Reinke to
move to a short recesss. The motion carried unanimously.
At 8:20 p.m. the committee reconvened with the following additional individuals
present: Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Haass, Ald. May, Ald. Roadt and, Ald. Weigel
attending.
16. 2019-0253 Communication from Beyond Vision requesting approval for a Payment in Lieu of
Taxes (PILOT) Agreement for property located at 1540 S. 108 St.

E. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Ald. Barzcak, seconded by Ald. Vitale to adjourn the meeting at
8:47 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
