Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski No: 0 At 8:12 p.m., a motion was made by Ald. Lajsic, seconded by Ald. Stefanski to move to Recess. The motion carried unanimously. At 9:00 p.m., the committee reconvened with the following additional individuals present: Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Haass, Ald. May, Ald. Roadt and Ald. Weigel attending. 27a. 2019-0253 Communication from Beyond Vision requesting approval for a Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) Agreement for property located at 1540 S. 108 St. Attachments: PILOT Agreement - Rev B Discussion ensued. A motion was made by Ald. Barczak, seconded by Ald. Stefanski, that this matter be Placed on File and recommend the City Attorney re-negotiate the PILOT Agreement. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Barczak, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski No: 1- Ald. Vitale D. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Barczak to adjourn the meeting at 9:54 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
