CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Alderperson Lajsic at 8:07 p.m. B. ROLL CALL Present 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. R-2019-0188 Resolution relative to determination of Special Use Permit for Jose Vidrios Auto Repair, a proposed auto repair business, to be located within the existing mixed use building at 5606 W. Burnham. Sponsors: Safety & Development Committee Attachments: R-2019-0188 signed SUP Jose Vidrios Auto Repair signed This matter was Recommended For Adoption on a Block Vote 27. 2019-0170 Special Use Permit for Jose Vidrios Auto Repair, a proposed auto repair business to be located within the existing mixed use building at 5606 W. Burnham St. Attachments: Application - Jose Vidrios Auto Repair This matter was Recommended to be Placed on File on a Block Vote Passed The Block Vote A motion was made by Ald. Attachments: Application - WAWM Recreation Center WAWM Rec Community facillity (SUP-SLA) This matter was Recommended to be Placed on File on a Block Vote Passed The Block Vote A motion was made by Ald. Barczak, seconded by Ald. Reinke, to approve all the actions on the preceding items on a Block Vote. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski No: 0 At 8:12 p.m., a motion was made by Ald. Lajsic, seconded by Ald. Stefanski to move to Recess. The motion carried unanimously. At 9:00 p.m., the committee reconvened with the following additional individuals present: Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Haass, Ald. May, Ald. Roadt and Ald. Weigel attending. 27a. 2019-0253 Communication from Beyond Vision requesting approval for a Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) Agreement for property located at 1540 S. 108 St. Attachments: PILOT Agreement - Rev B Discussion ensued. A motion was made by Ald. Barczak, seconded by Ald. Stefanski, that this matter be Placed on File and recommend the City Attorney re-negotiate the PILOT Agreement. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Barczak, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski No: 1- Ald. Vitale D. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Barczak to adjourn the meeting at 9:54 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
