CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Alderperson Lajsic at 7:33 p.m. B. ROLL CALL Present 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. O-2019-0037 An Ordinance to Create Section 10.23 of the West Allis Municipal Code relating to the operation, parking, and rental of electric scooters. Sponsors: Alderperson Lajsic Attachments: memo to council re electric scooter regulation options O-2019-0037 signed A motion was made by Ald. Barczak, seconded by Ald. Stefanski to amend the Resolution. The motion carried unanimously. A motion was made by Ald. Barczak, seconded by Ald. Stefanski, that this matter was Recommended For Passage As Amended. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski No: 0 18. O-2019-0038 Ordinance to amend Section 6.027(2)(c) of the West Allis Municipal Code relating to the definition of a “Designated Offender” Sponsors: Alderperson Lajsic Attachments: Ordinance showing changes O-2019-0038 signed A motion was made by Ald. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Barczak to adjourn the meeting at 8:46 p.m. The motion carried unanimously. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
