A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:07 p.m.

C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
17-00053 March 29, 2017 and April 6, 2017 Draft Minutes.
A motion was made by Mr. Raschka, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter was Approved.
The motion carried by the following vote:

D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS
1. 17-00054 Discuss resolution to approve Savage Solutions Proposal and Contract for Marketing
Services.
Discussion held on this topic. City Administrator Rebecca Grill responded to
questions/comments. Consensus provided to approve contract for marketing
services.

2. 17-00055 Resolution authorizing the City Administrator to enter into a contract with Savage
Solutions, LLC for Branding and Marketing Services for an initial cost not to exceed
$50,000.

E. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Rebecca Grill, seconded by Mayor Devine, to adjourn the
meeting at 5:28 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
