The site contains approximately 0.22 acres of wetlands located along the northern edge of the property, and 0.76 acres of upland review area, The existing wetland area will be enhanced with wetland plantings as part of the proposed project, The construction of the parking area is proposed with the 100- year flood hazard zone, and has been designed to increase the flood carrying capacity of the property by 124 cubic yards.
