PRESENT: Commissioners Kane, Beecher, Perrone and ZEO Conniff. Absent were Commissioners Gilbane and Carr. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Commissioner Beecher made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of May 15, 2018, seconded by Commissioner Perrone and passed New: 43 Lawncrest Road: The Applicant is requesting permission to erect an 18’ round pool within the 100’ regulated wetland area. The pool will be equipped with a cartridge pool filter, and no wetlands will be disturbed. Owner /Applicant Sean O’Brien; File # 003-18 IW. Commissioner Kane stated this is straight forward. He advised the applicant when flushing the pool to not direct it towards the wetland. Commissioner Beecher made a motion to approve File #003-18 IW, seconded by Commissioner Perrone and passed. Mailings have been submitted to staff. Platt and Main: Mostly finished. Repairs need to be done to the driveways and homes. Commissioner Kane spoke to City Engineer Abdul about the dead trees that are in the lower lake area. Commissioner Kane received a request to call the Selectman of Orange regarding Prindle Road about work being done. ZEO Conniff stated all referrals were sent out and there has been no response. Phil, Chase and Ardale Streets have been issued cease and desist and ZEO Conniff will follow through. She informed that they need to come before the commission so the commission can set the fines. ADJOURNMENT: 6:45 p.m. Commissioner Perrone made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Beecher and passed.
