The West Haven Inland Wetlands Agency held a Public Hearing and a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, August 20, 2019, in the Harriet North Room, 2nd Floor City Hall, and 355 Main Street, West Haven, CT at 6:30 P.M. To consider the following: PRESENT: Commissioners Kane, Beecher, Carr, Gilbane and ZEO Conniff. Absent was Commissioner Perrone. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE MINUTES FOR THE MEETING: Commissioner Beecher made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of July, seconded by Commissioner Carr and passed. Acceptance : 737 West Main Street: The applicant wishes to construct a single family home on a vacant lot. The proposed activity is in the upland review area only. The water course has been delineated on the property map and flagged. Owner Robert T. Gann / Applicant: Attorney Kevin Curseaden File # 020-19 IW Attorney Kevin Curseaden sent a letter to ask for an acceptance on behalf of his applicant. Commissioner Beecher made a motion to accept Application #020-19IW, seconded by Commissioner Gilbane and passed. ADJOURNMENT: 7:30 p.m. Commissioner Gilbane made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Beecher and passed.
