7 MEETING MINUTES OF INLAND WETLAND AGENCY MARCH 20, 2020 The West Haven Inland Wetlands Agency held a telephonic, Special Meeting on Friday March 20, 2020, in the Planning and Zoning Department, 1st Floor City Hall, and 355 Main Street, West Haven, CT at 2:30 P.M. PRESENT: Commissioners Kane, Beecher, Perrone, Gilbane and ZEO Conniff. Absent was Commissioner Carr. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Acceptance: 193 Campbell Ave, 315 Campbell Ave, 288 Campbell Ave, and 313 Campbell Ave. A mixed use development located in CBD (Central Business District) located within 200' of a watercourse under section 6 of the Inland Wetland Watercourse Agency Regulations of the City of West Haven Owner/Applicant File #04-20 IW Commissioner Kane Ask the commission to state their name and state that they had the application before them. Commissioner Beecher made a motion to accept file # 04-20 IW, seconded by Commissioner Gilbane and passed Commissioner Kane, stated the public hearing would be held on April 21,2020 AJOURNMENT: 2:40 P.M. Commissioner Perrone made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Gilbane and passed. 1
