In the Harriett North Room 2nd floor at 6:30 P.M. for the purpose of: CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD ON September 21, 2021 Staff Reports: The City’s Sewer running under Oyster River behind Cosmos Food, 200 Callegari Drive is damaged. The bottom of the pipe has eroded and needs to be replaced immediately. The City wants to inform the Inland Wetland Commission of this action. The City will replace the pipe by cutting the river flow and install pumps and temperately dam the river bed. Upon completion of the sewer pipes the river will be restored to its original state.
