In the Harriett North Room 2nd floor at 6:30 P.M. PRESENT: Commissioners Kane, Beecher, Perrone, Carr and Gilbane, Assistant City Planner Conniff and ZEO Steve Hotchkiss PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Commissioner Beecher made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of November 16, 2021, seconded by Commissioner Gilbane and passed. 155 Front Avenue: An application to demo an existing dilapidated building in the IPD (Industrial Planned Development) district. The Applicant will use Sediment control measures to protect the upper review area Owner/Applicant: Industrial Recycling LLC File # 018-21 IW Applicant Rafael Cisowski stated dust control will be done with a water truck and a silt fence and hay bales will be installed. The building is dilapidated and needs to come down. Ms. Conniff stated Mr. Cisowski has greatly improved and clean up the property. Commissioner Carr questioned whether there was a soil scientist report. Ms. Conniff stated she was in touch with the surveyor and is having a hard time matching up points due to the purchase of another property. Commissioner Gilbane made a motion to approve File #018-21W with the condition that the silt fencing be installed and protect of the wetlands, seconded by Commissioner Perrone. Commissioner Carr is abstaining because the application did not have all the information. Adjournment 6:42 p.m. Commissioner Gilbane made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Carr and passed.
