In the Harriett North Room 2nd floor at 6:30 P.M. PRESENT: Commissioners Kane, Perrone, Reilly and ZEO Hotchkiss. Absent was Commissioners Beecher Braithwaite and Carr. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Commissioner Perrone made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of September 17, 2023, seconded by Commissioner Reilly and passed. REGULAR MEETING 1) Discussion of proposed 2024 IWWA meeting schedule – Commissioner Perrone made a motion to approve the 2024 I/W Meeting Schedule, seconded by Commissioner Reilly and passed. Staff Reports: 75 Prindle Rd – possible application for storage. Other Business – Commissioner Kane received a complaint about 737 Main St dumping into Lake Phipps. He found that wasn’t the case but had a conversation with the owner to make sure it doesn’t happen.
