An increase of quarterly installments from $84.00 to $113.00. iii. Approval of Payment Applications #4 &#5 for Jaycee Drive-Phase 2- Bridge Rehabilitation by DOLI Construction Corporation in the following amounts: Payment Application #4- $325,425.60, Payment Application #5-$119,799.00  iv. Approval of Change Order #1 for the Jaycee Drive Bridge Rehabilitation by DOLI Construction in the amount of $591,436.00. v. Handicapped sign approval for Leonardo Soto Navarro located at 7 South 5th Street. vi.
