AARPA Covid-19 Fund allocations. Remaining balance-$49,561.38. All funds must be allocated by 12/31/2024. Motion to allocate all remaining funds. Allocation of $24,780.69 to the West Hazleton Police Department. Allocation of $24,780.69 to the West Hazleton Fire Department. ii. Motion to approve handicap parking sign for Michael Tobias, 110 West Branch Street. iii. Motion to list Streets Department 2010 Ford E-350 Bucket Van on Municibid. iv. Conditional offer of employment to Luis Alberto, for the full-time Code Enforcement Position, per employee agreement.  v. Motion to approve and accept terms of Promissory Note Agreement from Luzerne County for $425,000. vi. Motion for conditional offers of full-time employment to Liam Martin and Kade Kravits in the West Hazleton Police Department (To replace full-time officers Kevin Finn & Kristin Maddon). vii. Motion to promote West Hazleton Police Officer Gerald Henderson to the position of Detective (To replace Detective Maddon. Henderson will serve a dual role in full uniform as both Patrolman & Detective). viii. Payment of Jeicy Brito’s Delinquent Garbage Collection Bonus- Bonus amounts to 3% of successful collections of May, June, July, August, & September delinquent garbage billing. 1. May- $14,784.85 (bonus: $443.55) 2. June- $8,725.28 (bonus: $261.76) 3. July- $8,327.95 (bonus: $249.84) 4. August- $21,303.74 (bonus: $639.11) 5. September- $8,478.48 (bonus: 254.35) 6. Total Bonus: $1,848.61. ix. Motion to approve Payment Application #3: Storage & Maintenance Building as submitted by Benesch Engineering for Benuel Fisher Construction in the amount of $ 62,921.35. x.
