Motion to approve the minutes of the February 21, 2017 Legislative Meeting. 7. Unfinished Business Requiring Official Action: A. Motion to approve advertising Public Hearing for Liquor License Transfer request from Giant Eagle GetGo #3188, hearing to be scheduled for April 12, 2017 at 6:30pm. B. Motion to approve Borough Engineer to develop specifications and advertise for 2017 Micro-Surfacing. C. Motion to approve the hiring of William Fike, John Bacik, Ferdinand Sauer, Tom Palko, Joseph Rodinelli and Stephen Hope as Park Watchman for the West Mifflin Community Park, pending successful completion of background check and clearances, wage will be $11.00 per hour. D. Resolution of the Borough of West Mifflin, whereas the Borough Understands and Agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Grant from the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) Comprehensive Park, Recreation and Master Site Plan Grant. E. Motion to approve the purchase of 12 Ballistic Vests for the West Mifflin Police Department at a total cost of Seven Thousand Two Hundred ($7,200.00), funds to come from the Federal Asset Forfeiture Account. F. Motion to approve the payment of invoice to Lautammus Communications in the amount of Thirty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars ($38,265.00), for  work related to radio reprogramming/voter system/new frequency for Radio Service for the West Mifflin Police Department. G. Motion to approve the hiring of Linda Brodnar and Robert Sabol as School Crossing Guard at a rate of $11.22 per hour, pending successful completion of background check and clearances. H. Motion to approve the appointment of Brian Kamauf as Borough of West Mifflin Delegate and Dennis Cmar as Borough of West Mifflin Alternate Delegate for the Allegheny County Southwest Tax Collection District 8.
