Motion to approve the minutes of the April 18, 2017 Legislative Meeting. 7. Unfinished Business Requiring Official Action: A. Motion to approve preliminary and final site plan for Verizon for the construction of a 20’ x 60’ foot one (1) story metal building to be used for storage of equipment. The proposed structure is to be located at their present location at 323 Camp Hollow Road, recommended by the Planning Commission. B. Motion to approve request from Giant Eagle Inc. for a Municipal Hearing on an Intermunicipal Transfer of a Restaurant Liquor License into the Borough of West Mifflin. C. Motion to approve the hiring of the following individuals for the Parks Summer Arts and Crafts Program at a wage of $10.00 per hour, pending successful completion of clearances and background check; Audrey Miklusko, Michelle Brill, Paige Marecic, Carley Feibig and Brandi Foster. D. Motion to approve the hiring of the following individuals as part-time worker for the summer lunch program at a rate of $10.00 per hour, pending successful completion of clearances and background check; Denise Speng and Jenn Miller.  E. Motion to approve the purchase of two (2) 2017 Ford Interceptor Utility Model K8A – AWD Vehicles for the West Mifflin Police Department at a total cost of Eighty Six Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Dollars ($86,430). F. Motion to approve purchase of Power DMS Software for the West Mifflin Police Department at a cost of Five Thousand Six Hundred Four Dollars ($5,604). G. Motion to approve purchase of 2018 Mack 6x4 DAYCAB, with 31 Yard Excel Rear Loader (Garbage Truck) from TransEdge Truck Centers at a cost of One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($199,750), under CO-Stars Contract #025-033. H. Motion to approve purchase CLE Advanced Camera System from Covert Law Enforcement, for the West Mifflin Police Department at a cost of Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($12,250), fund for purchase to come from Federal Forfeiture Account. I. Motion to authorize the solicitor to prepare public notice for the sale of the following Borough Properties; Lot & Block #’s 181-S-261 (7th Avenue) 238-L-51 (Glenn Street), 184-D-375 (Clover Lane), 306-M-40 (Mifflin), 305-B-149 (Edgewood), 385-N-64, 385-M-66, 385-M-68 (McGowan), 185-K-178, 185-K176 (Nordeen). J. Motion to approve the salary increase of Community Development Administrative Assisstant from $16.00 per hour to $16.40 (2.5%). K. Motion to accept and approve Job Training and Education Programs Grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Education in the amount of $8,000 for purchase of DJI Inspire 1 Drone. 8.
