Motion to approve the minutes of the May 14, 2019 Legislative Meeting. 7. Unfinished Business Requiring Official Action: A. Motion to approve advertising Ordinance for updating Delinquent Tax Accounts and Imposing Collection upon delinquent taxpayer. B. Motion to approve advertising for a Public Hearing for conditional use request from Johnson’s Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. for property located at 2000 Clairton Road. C. Motion to approve advertising for Public Hearing for requested Zoning Change for Lot and Blocks 312-L-65, 312-L-68, 312-L70. D. Motion to approve tentative and final site plans as submitted by Co Part for the construction of a 60’ x 62’ storage building at 1451 Lebanon School Road, recommended for approval by the Planning Commission. E. Motion to approve request from Lions Club for use of shelter #1 at the Community Park on August 29, 2019. F. Motion to approve A.C.E. Ministries for use of the Terrace Playground for a community event that will be held July 26 – 28, 2019. G. Motion to approve awarding Peter J Caruso & Sons, Inc.
