CAUCUS MEETING WEST MIFFLIN BOROUGH COUNCIL Wednesday, March 11, 2020 6:30 PM AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Public Works contract. 2. The requested sub division and consolidation plan of the existing Parcel #185-J-190 &185-J-150. These parcels are located at 612 Lebanon Road. 3. Requested sub division and consolidation plan of the existing Parcels #311-P-215, 311-C-150 and 311-L-50 located on Camp Hollow Road. The purpose of the line adjustments is to allow for the creation of separate parcel for the Maintenance Garage and separate it from the larger parcel. 4. Requested consolidation plan of existing Parcels #305-A-143 & 305-A-146 these parcels are located at 426 Edgewood Ave. The vacant lot was acquired through VPRP. The consolidation will allow for the placement of accessory structures on this vacant lot. 5. Preliminary and final site plan for a proposed development that would be to demolish the existing structure located at 2260 Lebanon Church Road (old 24/7 gym) and to construct a new 8200 square foot building. This building would be constructed for Discount Tire. A national known retail tire distributor. This approval is subject to the applicant complying with the engineers comments from KLH Engineers review of the site plan. This applicant will need to seek a variance for signage. 6. Requested site plan located at 1101 Lebanon Road to construct a new 6580 square foot building. This building would be constructed for Rodger Roll-offs and Maintenance garage for trucks. The tabling will enable the applicant time to satisfy KLH Engineers comments in their review letter. 7. The proposed Dog Park to be located on Homestead Duquesne Road. 8. Proposed Animal Ordinance. 9. Proposed Early retirement Ordinance for Non Uniformed Employees. 10. Purchase of Caterpillar 420F2 (backhoe) for the Public Works. 11. Departmental Reports i.
