Motion to approve Adjudication denying conditional use application of Steel City Billboards. B. Motion to approve extension contract with Cargill, Inc for First Option Year of Rock Salt Agreement. C. Motion to approve purchase of two (2) 2023 Chevrolet Malibu 4Dr Sedans from Whitmoyer Auto Group at a cost of Twenty-Four Thousand Dollars $24,000.00 per vehicle, Forty-Eight Thousand Dollars Total, under COSTAR contract #26-054. D. Motion to approve the Reimbursement and Maintenance Agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation and the Borough of West Mifflin, Agreement number 11A119 for ADA ramp installation on SR 51-12A Project. F. Motion to approve the renewal agreement between the Borough of West Mifflin and Commonwealth Consulting Partners for Grant Writing services at a cost of $2,500 per month. G. Motion to accept low bid and approve Bid from Athleta Sport Courts to resurface the Basketball Courts at the Community Park at a cost of Sixteen Thousand Ninety-Five Dollars ($16,095.00). H. Motion to approve advertising for 2 Public Hearing for the May Legislative Meeting, Air Star Transportation for property at 929 Lebanon Road and SBA Communication for the property located at 412 Coal Valley Road. I. Motion authorizing the Borough Manager to hire summer help in the Public Works Department, selected summer help will work no more than a collective 5000 hours and the rate of pay will be Twelve Dollars ($12.00) per hour. J. Motion to approve an offer from the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission for 25.616 acres of Required Right Away for limited access and .656 acres of Temporary Construction Easement on Parcel 310-G-199, for, total amount of compensation $168,000.00. K. Motion to approve an offer from the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission for Uneconomic Remnant of Parcel 310-G-199, total compensation of $14,500.00. 8 Departmental Reports a.
