Motion to approve Memorandum of Understanding between the Borough of West Mifflin and the West Mifflin Area School District; This Memorandum of Understanding is being developed pursuant to Act 26 of 1995, Section 1303 (c), in order to establish the procedures to be followed when an incident occurs involving an act of violence or possession of a weapon on school property. Motion to approve Fourth Amendment to Lease, between the Borough of West Mifflin and UPMC Visiting Nurses, for lease of 12,650 retable square feet located in Suite 300 of 1020 Lebanon Road, West Mifflin. Amendment extends lease for a length of one (1) year, to end April 30, 2024.  D.
