The project site is split with the first approximately 120 feet south of Lebanon Church Road zoned C-1 (Lots 68 and 70) and the remainder of the property (Lot 65) is zoned R-4. The applicant respectfully request consideration to rezone Lot 65 from R-4 to C-1, in conformance with the surrounding properties along Lebanon Church Road. PROPERTY LOCATION: 2000 Clairton Road West Mifflin, PA 15122 ZONING DISTRICT: R-1 Low Density Residential The request is for amendment to the conditional use that was approved via case PC 15- 06. The previous approval allowed Professional offices to be leased in the lower portion of the former school. The applicant is asking for a conditional use approval for the lower level space to allow for the Easter Seals to occupy this area to be used for a school. ADJOURNMENT
