CASE # PLC 21-10 APPLICANT: DSH Associates ADDRESS: 221 Curry Hollow Road Pittsburgh, PA 15236 OWNER OF PROPERTY: DSH Associates PROPERTY LOCATION: 1004 Lebanon Road West Mifflin, PA 15122 ZONING DISTRICT: I-1 Heavy Industrial The applicant is requesting a Preliminary and Final site plan recommendation.
