CASE # PLC 22-10 APPLICANT: David Matthew Rodgers ADDRESS: 51 Curry Hollow Road Pittsburgh, PA 15236 OWNER OF PROPERTY: David Matthew Rodgers PROPERTY LOCATION: 1101 Lebanon Road West Mifflin, PA 15122 ZONING DISTRICT: I-1 Heavy Industrial The applicant is requesting a preliminary and final site plan approval. The proposed development would be to construct a new 42’ x 50’ building. This building would be constructed for Rodger Roll-offs and maintenance garage for trucks. ADJOURNMENT
