PURPOSE OF MEETING:  Entertain a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. Sec. 19.85(1)(e) to deliberate or negotiate for purchase of public properties, investment of public funds, or conduct of other specific public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, i.e., West Salem Police Union Contract and Police Department Position Discussions  Convene in open-session with possible action on closed session subject OTHER AGENDA: Any other official business that may arise subsequent to this Notice. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that members of the Board of Trustees of the Village of West Salem who do not serve on the Committee may attend this meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility. Therefore, further notice is hereby given that the above meeting may constitute a meeting of the Board of Trustees and is hereby noticed as such, even though it is not contemplated that the Village Board will take any formal action at this meeting.
