Losee Dr. - Requesting a variance from Section 7-6-305 (1) of the West Valley City Land Use Development and Management Act. This section requires that the minimum front yard setback be 25 feet and that the side yard setback be 8 feet in the R-1-8 Zone. The applicant is requesting a front yard variance of 23 feet and a side yard variance of 8 feet in order to allow an existing carport to remain at the southeast corner of his property.
