The variance request is from Section 7-6-408(4)(b) which requires that the area limitation for wall signs on a secondary façade be 5% in the City Center Zone. Mr. Walker is requesting a variance to allow one wall sign to be 10% on the west façade of the new Granger Medical Clinic.
