The Regular Meeting of the West Valley City Council will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at 6:30 PM, in the City Council Chambers, West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah. Approval of Minutes: September 1, 2015 6. Comment Period: (The comment period is limited to 30 minutes. Any person wishing to comment shall limit their comments to five minutes. Any person wishing to comment during the comment period shall request recognition by the Mayor. Upon recognition, the citizen shall approach the microphone. All comments shall be directed to the Mayor. No person addressing the City Council during the comment period shall be allowed to comment more than once during that comment period. Speakers should not expect any debate with the Mayor, City Council or City Staff; however, the Mayor, City Council or City Staff may respond within the 30-minute period.) A. Public Comments B. Resolutions: A. 15-151: Approval of a Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Interlocal Multi-Jurisdictional Aid Agreement for the Purpose of Providing Mutual Assistance in Situations Involving Crimes, Disturbances of the Peace, Riots, and other Emergency Situations B. 15-152: Approve a Local Government Project Contract MOD 1 with Taylorsville and Avenue Consultants through UDOT for Traffic Signal Improvements at three Intersections on 4100 South; 1300 West, 2700 West, and 4000 West 8. Consent Agenda: A. Reso. 15-153: Termination of Easement which runs through Portions of Parcel B of 201 Commerce Center Subdivision No. 2 and through Portions of Lots 301 and 302 of 201 Commerce Center Subdivision No. 3 B. Reso. 15-154: Abandonment of Easement in favor of West Valley City for a Temporary Turnaround and Access from a dead end street that is no longer necessary in the Falconcrest Subdivision. 9.
