Accept Public Input Regarding FY 2016-2017 Tentative Budget Action: Consider Resolution 16-04, Adopting the Annual Budget for the West Valley City Housing Authority for the Fiscal Year Commencing July 1, 2016 and Ending June 30, 2017 8. Resolutions: A. 16-05: Authorize the Expenditure of Certain Public Housing Funds for the Development of Public Housing in Cooperation with Other Concerned Entities 9.
