MINUTES OF RDA SPECIAL REGULAR MEETING – SEPTEMBER 18, 2018
-2-
We are requesting approval of an Access Agreement between the West Valley City
Redevelopment Agency (RDA) and Rocky Mountain Power (RMP) that will allow
the RDA to install vinyl wraps on a selected number of power utility boxes.
The Agency will work with a local company to create and install vinyl wraps to
cover the unsightly utility boxes.
Situated in Fairbourne Station are a number of unsightly utility boxes. In an effort
to both brand Fairbourne Station and to also mask the utility boxes, the RDA would
like to “wrap” these utility boxes with the branding that has already been
established throughout the downtown with a black wrap and white Fairbourne
Station logo.
Mr. Buhler clarified that this not simply restricted to Fairbourne Station. Wayne replied
no.
Upon inquiry by Chairman Nordfelt there were no further questions from members of the
Board, and he called for a motion.
Ms. Lang moved to approve Resolution No. 18-05.
Mr. Buhler seconded the motion.
