Authorize Village Clerk to Publish and Post a Notice of Public Hearing RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish and post a notice for a public hearing to be held on Thursday April 7, 2022 for the Special Exception application filed by WHB Development Partners LLC for a "Special Exception Permit" to construct a 16 (8 units) pump gas station and building, pursuant to village code section197-76 for property located at 107 Old Riverhead Road, SCTM #’s 905-2-1-19.5 Authorize Village Clerk to Publish and Post a Notice of Public Hearing RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish and post a notice for a public hearing to be held on Thursday April 7, 2022 at 5:00 pm to consider a local law to amend Chapter 197-36 "Zoning" entitled "Roof Overhangs".
