Landmark Mill LLC, 195 Mill Road (905-008-02-023) Applicant requests variance from §197-30 C(20)(b) Proposed lettering is 16 inches high where the maximum permitted is 12 inches. 2. Beechwood Westhampton LLC, 17 Happy Lane (905-004-01-014.07) Applicant seeks variance from §197-7 D to construct a lanai addition with a proposed rear yard setback of 46.2 feet where the minimum required is 50 feet. 3. Daniel Minc, 81 Dune Road (905-021-04-006) Applicant seeks variances from §197-35 C for a proposed two-story deck with a crest of dune setback of 51 feet where the minimum required is 75 feet, and for a proposed pool with a crest of dune setback of 55 feet where the minimum required is 75 feet. Cindy Scully, 21 Bay Road (905-017-03-018.01) Applicant seeks variances from §197- 10 C(1) for a proposed building area lot coverage of 26.6% where the maximum permitted is 20%, from §197-34 A(5) for a proposed habitable floor area of 29.6% where the maximum permitted is 20%, from §197-35 A for a proposed accessory deck is located in the front yard where not permitted in the front yard, and lastly from §197-35 C for a proposed accessory deck with a setback of 15.3 feet where the minimum required is 20 feet.
