Petition #2972-David Robinson-35406 Booth To consider the request of David Robinson for two (2) fence height variances from Ordinance 226A-22, the Fence Ordinance, in order to install a new eight (8) foot tall privacy fence in the north rear yard and east side yard of the home, resulting in the following deficiencies: a) A one (1) foot, six (6) inch rear yard fence height deficiency. The petitioner proposes to install a new eight (8) foot tall privacy fence in the north rear yard and east side yard of the home. (Section 22-303(b) states that rear yards may be enclosed by fences of a height above the grade of the two adjoining lots of not less than three (3) feet, nor more than six (6) feet, six (6) inches). b) A three (3) foot, six (6) inch side yard fence height deficiency. The petitioner proposes to install a new eight (8) foot tall privacy fence in the north rear yard and east side yard of the home. (Section 22-303(c) states that side yard fences shall not be less than three (3) feet, nor more than four (4) feet, six (6) inches in height).or 2.
