ADJOURNMENT New Business – FY 24 Budget Work Session To: Mayor and Common Council From: Sara Imhulse, City Administrator Date: April 25, 2023 Re: FY 24 Budget – Work Session Background The City’s new fiscal year will commence on July 1, 2023. In accordance with Article II of the Charter of the City of Westminster, the City Administrator prepared a proposed budget for the Mayor and Common Council’s consideration. The proposed budget for FY 24 was formally presented to the Mayor and Common Council on May 1, 2023. At a Special Mayor and Common Council meeting on May 2, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., the Mayor and Common Council will hold the scheduled work session to discuss the budget proposal. The work session on May 2, 2023, provides the opportunity for the members of the elected body to discuss the FY 24 budget proposal. The City Administrator will be in attendance to respond to any questions that the Mayor and Common Council have.
