PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING SUMMARY Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 7 PM Virtual via Zoom Broadcast live on City YouTube Channel A meeting of the Westminster Planning and Zoning Commission was held via Zoom and broadcast live on the City YouTube Channel, on April 14, 2022, at 7 PM. Chair Ross Albers, Commissioner Lyndi McNulty, Commissioner Tiombe Page, and Councilmember Dan Hoff were present. City staff member Andrew Gray was also present. Commission Beaver and Commissioner Codd were absent. The following members of the public were present: Mike Ryan, Vicki Ryan, and Randy Bachtel. Chair Albers opened the meeting at 7:10 PM. Chair Albers requested a motion to approve the meeting summary from January 13, 2021. Councilmember Hoff, seconded by Commissioner Paige, voted to approve the summary. The motion passed 4-0. Chair Albers opened New Business Item A – Re-subdivision of Lot Five Section Two of Pine Knoll Development. Mr. Gray provided background information on the item, stating that the applicant was requesting Record Plat approval to create two new single-family detached residential lots identified as lots 5A and 6 of the Pine Knoll Development. Councilmember Hoff, seconded by Commissioner McNulty, voted to approve proposed Final Plat FPL-22- 1 for the re-subdivision of Lot Five Section Two – Pine Knoll Development based on the Staff Report provided at the April 14, 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. The motion passed 4-0. Chair Albers opened Item B – Carroll County Liaison Report. The Carroll County Liaison was not present for comment. Chair Albers recognized Mr. Gray for his contributions to the City as he moves to his new position at the Carroll County Planning Department. Chair Albers adjourned the meeting at 7:22 PM.
