Westminster Tree Commission MINUTES OF MEETING Wednesday, November 11, 2015 East Main Street (Walking Tour) 4:30 PM 1. Attendance Commissioners - Chair Steve Allgeier, Commissioners Cindy May and Howard Wilt Staff –Eric Schlitzer, and Andrew Gray Attendees - Jessica Fitzgerald, Brian Rhoten and Christian Fitzpatrick 2. Approval of Minutes a. The Commission approved the minutes of the October 14, 2015, meeting on a motion by Commissioner Wilt, seconded by Commissioner May. 3. Old Business 4. New Business a. Main Street tree inventory - The Commission surveyed trees along East Main Street between Longwell Avenue and Center Street (westbound) and Center Street and the library (eastbound). The Commission identifying trees for possible removal. Commissioner Allgeier liked the idea that staff would finish the tree inventory. Mr. Rhoten mentioned that when staff decides to complete the inventory, he would like to be notified so there is opportunity to join. 5. Commissioner Reports a. Commissioner Wilt informed the Commission that a conflict in his schedule has recently surfaced. He explained to fellow Commission Members that he would still be able to make the meetings on Wednesday. Commission Members decided that no change in time or day of Tree Commission meetings would be required. 6. Staff Reports 7. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned on a motion by Chair Allgeier and seconded by Commissioner Wilt at 5:35 pm. Posted February 11, 2016
