For Discussion/Action—Resolution No. 21-02 on accepting funds from the 2019-2020 COPS fund grant (AB 1584) for the following item: Payment to Airwave Communications for equipment upgrade to Patrol Unit #821 in the amount of $19,266.89.- Perry Monita 2.
