Discussionof site survey for best possible locations,type of sirens, transformers,andwirelesstum-on systemwasheld. Anticipate a favorableoutcomein approximately6 months. The City will go out for bids prior to pfocurment. PIER Update-JimMinton: Prior to maintainingthe PIER website,Mr Minton is undergoingtraining, Other training will be made availablefor desigrratedCity personnel. Residentswilt be notified of needto registerin orderto participatein the "CitizenNotification"program. ChainnanAldrich commented on the appreciatedcooperativeeffort betweenESD andthe city of weston Lakes. Equipment Accountability: Chairman Aldrich announcedthe need and procedure for tagging all City propefty. Taggingof prope4y to be completedafter meetingadjournment. Bend Mud 81, reportedthat demandfor waterwas below droughtlevels; Bondsweresold in the $2.48million at 3.04Vo;no increasein taxesfor residents;new well and generatorhave beendesigrredand contractawardedto Long and Sons. paperworkon bonds nearly complete and start of construction should be very soon with projectid completion in AugusVSeptember 2012.
