Discussion and decision on adding an additional officer to EMPD staff to accommodate for DC Everest School District request of creating an additional School Resource Officer position. Chief Schulz will provide a cost allocation and analysis. IV. CHIEF’S REPORT A. 2018 EMPD Budget status update B. Discussion on the new and upcoming Records Management System (RMS) to include costs and changes on statistical reporting from Uniform Crime Reporting Summary Based (SBR), to Wisconsin Incident Based Reporting (WIBR).
