ACKNOWLEDGE WORK PRODUCT TRANSMITTALS. 5. Preliminary December Budget Status Report Trautman and Trittin gave an overview of the preliminary December report. There was discussion on intergovernmental agreements and whether the Village should consider contracting for a specific annual amount, so upfront costs are covered right away, and budgeting revenue would be easier. Motion by Meinel, second by Bender, to acknowledge the preliminary December budget status report. ARPA Discussions Trautman and Trittin gave a presentation on ARPA. The Committee discussed using ARPA funds towards capital projects and balancing all available funding sources with capital needs. POLICY ISSUES – DISCUSSIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS. 9. Discussion on current procurement policy and possible changes Trautman gave an overview of the procurement policy. The Committee discussed contract approvals and frequency of bidding multi-year contracts. The Committee gave direction to lower the threshold for sending request for proposals for professional services to $10,000. RESOLUTIONS/ORDINANCES. None. FUTURE ITEMS. 10.
