Wage Adjustments
Trautman, Director of Finance, is looking for direction when it comes to wage adjustments for 2025
budget season. Last year, all staff except for new hires, that started at year end, received a 3%
Consumer Price index (CPI) adjustments to their wages. Then to receive a merit increase, the
staff's Directors would fill out a form requesting and justifying the request for a merit increase.
