EDUCATION PRESENTATIONS & REPORTS.
9 Town of Weston Office Space, Building lease, and service Agreement
Motion by Pinsonneault, second by Hegg, to recommend to the Board of Trustees to terminate the
agreement with the Town of Weston.
After reading the lease contract, Pinsonneault noticed that to terminate the lease, a written notice
to the tenant is require at least 180 days prior to the expiration of the term. He also stated that
leasing to the Town of Weston is not in the taxpayer's best interest in mind. He is willing to
entertain a new lease agreement with the Town, but it must better reflect the current real estate
market and protect the tax payer's interest.

before the extension ends.
