Yes Vote: 7 No Votes:0 Abstain:0 Not Voting: 0 Result: Pass Trustee Present Cronin, Steve YES Ermeling, Barb YES Hartinger, Jasper YES Maloney, Mark YES Pinsonneault, Jim YES Weiland, Jamie YES Zeyghami, Hooshang YES POSSIBLE ACTION ON CLOSEDS SESSION ITEMS • Sales strategy for 5500 Schofield Avenue No action. • Purchase & Development Proposal for 5500 Schofield Avenue Motion by Zeyghami, second by Hartinger to lower asking price of 5500 Schofield Avenue to $400,000 with buyer razing buildings plus conditions on value of development agreement of $2.5 million assessment within two years, an additional $1.5 million assessment within three years, and an additional value of $1 million assessment within five years for a total of a $5 million increment. Motion Carried. Higgins requested confirmation of motion regarding time frame of reduced asking price. Maloney responded two weeks. He would like the fuel facility to be moved to the Ryan Street facility as soon as possible. Zeyghami would like a letter sent to Dun-Rite to remove property from outside of 5500 Schofield Avenue.
