MOVE TO CLOSED SESSION PER Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the
purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified
public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session to wit:
• Sales strategy for 5500 Schofield Avenue
• Purchase & Development Proposal for 5500 Schofield Avenue
• Consideration of property purchase in TID #2 as a TID expense
and
MOVE TO CLOSED SESSION PER Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion,
compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the
governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility to wit:
• Consideration of employee(s) to serve interim Administrator duties and their compensation

POSSIBLE ACTION ON CLOSEDS SESSION ITEMS
• Sales strategy for 5500 Schofield Avenue
No action.
• Purchase & Development Proposal for 5500 Schofield Avenue
Motion by Zeyghami, second by Hartinger to lower asking price of 5500 Schofield
Avenue to $400,000 with buyer razing buildings plus conditions on value of
development agreement of $2.5 million assessment within two years, an
additional $1.5 million assessment within three years, and an additional value of
$1 million assessment within five years for a total of a $5 million increment.
Motion Carried.
Higgins requested confirmation of motion regarding time frame of reduced asking price.
Maloney responded two weeks.

Motion by Cronin, second by Hartinger to name Michael Wodalski, Jennifer
Higgins, and Jessica Trautman as interim administrator until the new
administrator arrives and they will each receive a one-time bonus of $5,000.

REMARKS FROM TRUSTEES
Pinsonneault would like staff to direct anyone with property on the 5500 Schofield Avenue
property to move it out of there. He would like the fuel facility to be moved to the Ryan Street
facility as soon as possible. Zeyghami would like a letter sent to Dun-Rite to remove property
from outside of 5500 Schofield Avenue.
