41. Update on goals for 2023-2025 Strategic Plan (on recording https://youtu.be/dHOkbZIQ1vo?t=2607)

42. Update on Stillwater Landing Mobile Home Park (on recording
https://youtu.be/dHOkbZIQ1vo?t=2632)
Meverden was present and advised the Board that the potholes were filled. The project
is going to be pushed forward until spring because the park was having issues with the
contractor not returning calls. Bids were sent out and it was too late in the year to begin
work. The inspection department will be getting back into the park to deal with the
parking issue and there are other issues that still need to be dealt with. Maloney
indicated that there are issues all around the Village that need to be dealt with as there
are others in violation. Meverden said that they have seen other violations and are
addressing those as they come in. He will also get in contact with the new manager at
the park. Cronin asked if parking on the grass was our responsibility to deal with or the
parks. Higgins indicated that would be something we would deal with, but the Village
is working with the police department on citations. Pinsonneault asked if we had an
updated report as to what has been fixed and what is still needing to be abated.
43. Update on Punch List Items for Municipal Center (on recording
https://youtu.be/dHOkbZIQ1vo?t=3069)
Meverden gave an update to the Board on what has been fixed and what is still
outstanding and provided an updated list in the packet.
44. Discussion and/or action on Assessor Data on Website (on recording

Motion by Cronin, second by Pinsonneault to provide assessment data online
free of charge to requesters for a cost of $1,475.50 per year to the Village.
Discussion: Hartinger verified that this was an annual number. Zeyghami said that this
is a service provided to a realtor and should not be paid by the taxpayer.

Motion by Cronin, second by Hartinger to approve Draft #2 as presented
removing visual requirement and changing 48-hour notice to a 12-hour notice.
Ermeling stated that the Marathon County’s policy grants permission for inclement
weather, medical emergencies, etc. Pinsonneault included that mandated visual
appearance is required by other bodies and Cronin agreed. Hartinger commented that
work becomes an issue at times when meetings are scheduled. Maloney said that if it
becomes difficult, then you just may not attend that meeting. Cronin asked if this was
just for Board or for Commission and Committees as well and Maloney stated for all.
Hartinger expressed that it would not be good to push meetings off just because a
quorum could not be physically present. Ermeling stated that the County policy states
anticipated lack of quorum. Cronin stated that there is a commitment to be present.
Maloney said this was brought forward due to some concerns he has received from
committee/commission members.
