APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion by Dyer supported by Chin to approve mini-pumper purchase with community enhancement grant funding. Carried. a. First reading of proposed amendments to the Purchasing meeting minutes as presented. Chin – Henry Street worksite has activity again; attended Can- Do meeting; in regards to the Coyote pack roaming the city, Motion by Van Langevelde supported by Dyer to approve report siting by calling 517-543-3510 (non-emergency police). moving the Council meeting from Monday November 07, 2022 Cautioned residents to not discharge a firearm within city limits to Thursday November 10, 2022.
