A revised Annual Schedule of meetings was published in the Record on October 5, 2020, posted on the Borough website and on the door of the Borough Hall in conformance with N.J.A.C. 5:39-1 et seq. 2. Resolution to accept NJ Historic Trust Discover New Jersey History Heritage Tourism Grant Program Letter of Agreement, Project Number 15416075 for “Interactive Digital Downtown District History Tour” for the sum of $5000. Motion: C. Sasena; 2nd: L. Scheideler; All in favor b. Motion to authorize C. Sasena as grant agreement executor with the State c. C. Sasena to request a research quote from T. Train Station – Councilwoman Dell to follow up with Heritage Society regarding possible dates ii. 84 Washington Ave – No new visit date set; C. Sasena to look into “Big Table Media” call for renovations for properties over 100 years old iii. Pascack Theater – C. Sasena mailed a hard copy letter to theatre owners including information about a SBA Covid-19 Grant Opportunity for shuttered venues and resources on where to list commercial historic properties; C.
