The applicant seeks to create a “by right” attached ADU above the existing three-car garage. Site Plan Review is permitted per Town of Weymouth Zoning Ordinance Section 120-137 The site plans and application are on file at the Department of Planning & Community Development, Town Hall, 75 Middle Street, Weymouth, MA, and may be inspected between 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
