Resolution: A resolution of the Wharton City Council awarding a contract for the Wharton Police Department Roof Project and authorizing the Mayor of the City of Wharton to execute all documents related to said contract. 4. City of Wharton Proficiency Allowances: A. Resolution: A resolution of the Wharton City Council updating the proficiency allowance for the City of Wharton Employees. 5.
