Resolution: A resolution of the Wharton City Council approving the removal and disposal of asbestos at the American Legion and authorizing the Mayor of the City of Wharton to execute all documents related to said removal. B. Resolution: A resolution of the Wharton City Council approving Environmental Solutions Inc. for the monitoring of the asbestos abatement at the American Legion and authorizing the Mayor of the City of Wharton to execute all documents related to said agreement.
