Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Budget Director to amend the FY 2014-2015 General Fund Budget to reflect the receipt and expenditure of funds in the amount of $24,192, from the New York Office of the Attorney General, for costs associated with the purchase of eighty (80) protective vests for the Department of Public Safety. 29. Communication from Commissioner of Public Safety in relation to a grant in the amount of up to $12,000 from the New York State STOP-DWI Foundation State of New York for an Enforcement Crackdown Program. 30. Ordinance authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to enter into an agreement accepting a grant award from the New York State STOP-DWI Foundation, through the County of Westchester, for the Department of Public Safety to implement special enforcement details pertaining to visibility road checks, saturation patrols, and drug recognition expert call-outs, for the period October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014. 31. Communication from Commissioner of Recreation and Parks in relation to a revocable license agreement with LC Main LLC, Renaissance Plaza Owners, Renaissance Parking Partners, LLC, and the Cappell Organization for use of the Plaza next to the Ritz Carlton in connection with the New Year’s Eve Celebration. 32. Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a revocable license agreement with LC Main LLC, Renaissance Plaza Owners, Renaissance Parking Partners, LLC, and the Cappelli Organization for use of the Plaza next to the Ritz Carlton Hotel (formerly the sales office area) in connection with the City of White Plains New Year’s Eve Celebration. 33. Communication from Commissioner of Recreation and Parks in relation to an amendment to the Schedule of User Fees in the Department of Recreation and Parks. 34. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains repealing a user fee for the White Plains Department of Recreation and Parks for hockey game admissions for youth and adults established and approved by the Common Council by an ordinance adopted February 3, 2014. 35. Communication from Personnel Director, in relation to proposed amendments to the Municipal Code Compensation and Leave Plan in relation th an increase in the minimum wage. 36. Ordinance amending Section 2-5-80 of the White Plains Municipal Code by establishing certain hourly titles, and amending the hourly pay scale. 37. Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to an Inter-municipal Agreement with the County of Westchester to provide the White Plains Comprehensive Youth Alternatives Projects Program. 38. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor or his designee to execute on behalf of the City, a Inter-municipal Agreement with the County of Westchester whereby the County will reimburse the City in an amount not to exceed $29,736, for the City (Youth Bureau) to provide the White Plains Comprehensive Youth Alternatives Projects Program for the Youth of the City of White Plains. 39. Communication from Deputy Commissioner of Parking in relation to an Inter-municipal Agreement with the County of Westchester to allow the installation and maintenance of transit signal priority (TSP) Equipment on buses and at traffic signals along Central Park Avenue in White Plains to enable buses to be given priority treatment at signals. 40. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor or his designee to execute an Inter-municipal Agreement with the County of Westchester, to allow for the installation and maintenance of transit signal priority (TSP) equipment on buses and at traffic signals along Central Park Avenue in White Plains to enable buses to be given priority treatment at signals. 41. Communication from Corporation Counsel scheduling a public hearing for January 5, 2015 in relation to a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to create a new Light Industrial Mixed Use (LI-M) Zoning District, to re-zone properties in the Light Industrial (LI) Zoning District, place the rear portion of certain properties in the Neighborhood Business (B -2) Zoning District, and placing portions of certain properties in the Light Industrial Mixed Use (LI-M) Zoning District. 44.
