OUTCOME: Approved as submitted. 14-41 CVS/Pharmacy 20 Tarrytown Road RESUBMITTED Exterior modifications. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this applications and had the following comment. 1. Board reviewed and approved scheme with “No Arches” option#3 subject to submission and review of how corners are fabricated and installed at next scheduled meeting. 14-49 Picky Select 390 Mamaroneck Ave RESUBMITTED Installation of a wall sign. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this applications and the following comment. 1. Applicant to return with color samples for approval. 14-50 CVS/Pharmacy 20 Tarrytown Road NEW Installation of (2) wall signs. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this applications and the following comments. 1. Tarrytown Road sign to go under the “Arch” projection. 2. Bug sign to be opaque with #’s and letters illuminated only. 3. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board recommends approval with the following comments. 1. Approval as a stainless steel canopy. 2. OUTCOME: Approved as submitted with the following comments. 1. No visible wires or conduit. 2. Gooseneck lighting to have an 18" max overall projection. 3. Separate electrical permit required.
