OUTCOME: The DRB reviewed this application and had the following comments: 1. Site plan, architectural concept and building materials approved. 2. Continue coordination with Neighborhood Association: a) for window shading and interior lighting. b) parking lighting. 3. Return to Board with any changes and following meeting with Neighborhood Association. 4. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board approved this application with following comment. 1. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comment. 1. Round parking lot (2nd story) sign not approved. Applicant to resubmit revised scheme. 14-64 White Plains Diner 50 Westchester Ave RESUBMITTED Facade changes. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application, It has been removed from the agenda until applicant requests to be reinstated. 14-75 White Plains Hospital 41 E Post Road RESUBMITTED Awning installation. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application, applicant requests application to be adjourned. 14-98 Mack Cali 1 Barker Ave NEW Plaza renovation. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application, applicant requests application to be adjourned. 14-99 HEIST 339 Mamaroneck Ave NEW Installation of (2) new wall signs. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comments. 1. Signage (front & back) approved as submitted. 2. Return with any changes and if Halo lighting is used. 3. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had no comment until Site Plan application has been submitted.
